Shopping in Los Angeles

Los Angeles shopping easily satisfies many different tastes, styles, and interests. Los Angeles offers different things for every type of shopper. For example when you want to buy fashionable clothes, you have many options of fashion stores. The best way to buy is to plan your shopping trip by neighbourhood. Each neighbourhood tends to offer different things in order to buy and luckily there are many neighbourhoods with dozens of boutiques to choose.

Beverly Hills is a spot for a person who has a lot of money who want to brag about shopping there. West LA's Third Street Shopping District has enough shops to keep even the biggest shopaholic busy for an entire day. From unusual shoes at Inago (8364 West 3rd St) to beautiful housewares at OK (8303 West 3rd St) to a handful of designer boutiques like Meg (8362 West 3rd St) and catch-all boutiques like Milk (8209 West 3rd St), Third Street is one-stop shopping for all things cool and tasteful.

Los Angeles has well-known traditions, diverse and unique shopping. Strip malls and shopping malls will dominate your shopping trip as they are nearly inescapable in many of your destinations. For example, the Hollywood & Highland mall is a popular meeting point for those gazing at the Walk of Fame and Mann's Chinese Theater. Other malls you may bump into are the Grove (next to the Farmer's Market) and the Beverly Center, which is quite unlike other shopping malls as it is multilevel with a nice view of Los Angeles from its food court patio.
